In a move to celebrate Pakistan’s Independence Day and reconnect with overseas Pakistanis, Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has announced a special 10% Azadi discount on flights from Canada to Pakistan.

The offer is available for bookings made until July 31, 2025, and applies to both Economy and Executive Economy classes. Travelers can use the discounted tickets on any flight scheduled between now and October 31, 2025, making it a timely incentive for those planning to visit during national festivities.

This initiative is part of PIA’s broader efforts to strengthen its international presence. The airline also recently revealed it is ready to resume flights to the United Kingdom, following the removal of air safety restrictions on Pakistani carriers by British authorities. Initially, three weekly flights from Islamabad to Manchester are being planned, pending schedule approval.

With the new discount on Canadian routes and upcoming UK operations, PIA is signaling a return to global skies, offering more competitive options to travelers and enhancing connectivity for the Pakistani diaspora.
