As part of its education sector reforms, the government will recruit 4,400 new teachers to address staff shortages in public schools. Four additional IBA-run community colleges will also be established to expand access to quality higher education in underserved districts.

In a move to promote school-level accountability and efficiency, over 34,000 government schools across Sindh will be granted financial autonomy. This will allow school administrators to directly manage budgets and daily operations based on local needs.

To support students from low-income families, the Sindh Education Endowment Fund will issue a new round of scholarships, ensuring that financial hardship does not stand in the way of higher education.
